Large overview

2Copy of maps 001.JPG

This map shows a large overview of all the area you hear us mention.

In the upper left-hand corner is Quito, the capital; marked in off-white. The red in the upper middle is Tena, the large town next to where we live; and also where the church of Pastor Elvis is. The gray next to that is Shandia, where we visit often and where Jim Elliot used to live. The yellow below and to the right is Arajuno, where we often fly out of to go into the jungle, also where Ed Mcully lived for a while. The blue to the right of that is approximately where Tonampade is (this is an old map, there is where the five missionaries gave their lives; a couple of miles from where the village is now.) The green in the middle is Puyo, another large city, also where Elvis' brother-in-law is pastor. And the brown next to that is Shell, where the missionary pilot lives; and also where the orphanage is. Nate Saint also lived in Shell.

Here is a closer view of where we live, and the jungle area. The red is Tena (throughout the maps, all colours remain the same.), The pink is Napo, where we live. Yellow is Arajuno, and Green is Puyo. Blue is Tonampade, and the light blue is Nemopade, a sister village. The large black area is where the other part of the tribe fled to after the killings, and where the Woarani want to look for them in order to share the gospel.
